terms of service

  • You're free to upload the commissioned piece, however, you may not change it in any way, shape, or form.

  • All commissions are for personal use only.

  • Mass production of any personal commission is prohibited. Individual prints and gifts are okay within a limited amount (max. 5 pieces).

  • I may upload the commissioned piece to my art accounts.

  • I do not provide PSD-layered files.

  • As I'm not a native English speaker please try not to use jargon, acronyms, slang, or anything similar to fill out your request form.

  • By commissioning me, you agree with my TOS.

Payment

PayPal / Lava / Bank transaction

30% before I start the sketch
70% after the sketch is fully approved.

I won’t continue the progress until I receive the full payment.

Workflow

To commission me, click on the button below and fill out the Google Form.

  • Once the form is closed, I will contact you myself via DM.

  • You can check your commission status anytime on my Trello.

  • The sketch will be ready in 1-2 weeks after I accept your commission. At this point you may request any revisions you may find necessary.

  • After the sketch is approved I'm only willing to do minor limited revisions to the piece.

  • Any major revisions (character pose, outfits, etc.) can only be done for an additional fee. Please note, I will not make any revisions after the commissioned piece is finished and sent to you.

  • The commissioned piece can take a long time to complete, so please tell me in advance if you have any deadlines. Normal deadline is 1 month after the sketch is approved.

  • As soon as the piece is ready, I will send a full-resolution file to you via DM or email.
